1. Agreeing the task and cost
The first thing you need to provide is the lyrics and music (melody, motive) of the future song. The melody can be provided in the form of notes, or played on some instrument or sung vocally (for example: on a dictaphone). Next, you need to decide on the number of vocalists and the style of music in which you want to order the arrangement of the song. To do this, you can send us 1-3 examples of finished songs similar in style and composition of instruments to your future song. If you want to order the writing of an arrangement with specific wishes, you need to tell us about them in detail. The price for writing an arrangement is $200. There are exceptions, if the arrangement is more complex, or there is a desire to record live instruments in the soundtrack, then the price is specified individually. Before placing an order, you MUST read the "terms of cooperation".
3. Adjustments in the arrangement
(3 free edits available, next one is $50)
When the soundtrack is done, it will be sent to you in mp3 format, after which you will have 2 chances to correct the soundtrack. All subsequent corrections in the soundtrack will cost $50 per attempt. After approval, your project will be sent in mp3, wav format, and also if you want to do mixing and mastering in another studio, each instrument on a separate track.
4. Studio mixing and mastering
After you have recorded the vocals in the studio, you send them in wav format. If you have any wishes on how the track should sound, you can voice them. You can also send sound options in other songs that you like the sound of. After that, the studio mixes and masters the song. The process of processing each song is entirely individual. As in the soundtrack, you will have 3 chances to correct the mix, each subsequent correction will cost $50. After the song is ready, you will be sent the track in wav and MP3 format, and the soundtrack separately.
5. Publication on the author's music label (at the client's request)
После того как вы записали в студии вокал вы присылаете его в формате wav. Если у вас есть пожелания, как должен звучать трек, вы можете их озвучить. Так же вы можете скинуть варианты звука в других песнях, которые вам нравятся по звучанию. После чего делается студийный миксинг и мастеринг песни. Процесс обработки каждой песни исключительно индивидуальный. Как и в фонограмме, у вас будет 3 шанса на исправление в миксе, каждое последующее исправление будет стоить $50. После того, как песня готова, вам будет отправлен трек в формате wav и MP3 а ещё фонограмма отдельно.

6. Payment is made after you have been sent a demo version of your project. After payment, you will be sent files by email or messenger with a finished track. Payment is accepted in $ or at the official NBU rate. The payment method is specified with each client individually. The best methods are via Western Union, Money Gram, Ria, PayPal or directly on this site via the payment form.

Customer
1. The customer owns the rights to his song and the finished file. The rules for using the soundtrack are described below.
2. The customer has the right to a studio recording of the song under the soundtrack that was made for him personally. The customer also has the right to place his work on streaming services and receive 100% of the income from them.
3. The customer also has the right to sell the phonogram to third parties or send it free of charge.
4. The customer does not have the right to change or add anything to the soundtrack without the consent of the author of the arrangement.
5. The customer has the right to perform the song to a soundtrack anywhere.
Author of the arrangement
1. The author of the arrangement does not have the right to the finished song recorded by the customer. The author does not have the right to upload the track to streaming services and receive income from them.
2. The author of the phonogram (arrangement) has the right to upload his work to the website igortsuman.com and sell his phonogram in the online store. The customer has exactly the same right. Income from sales in the online store igortsuman.com is not distributed between the client and the customer. *
Part of Article 418 of the Civil Code of Ukraine establishes that the right of intellectual power becomes a special feature of the non-main law of intellectual power and (or) the main law of intellectual power, instead of any other Their objects of intellectual property rights are established by the Civil Code and other laws. Detailed provisions regarding the totality of the rights of creative people are contained in the Law of Ukraine “On Copyright and Related Rights”. The peculiarities of the non-main rights of the author are transferred to Article 14, from Vikonavian – to Article 38. The non-main rights of the publisher of phonograms/videograms are implemented by the way of Article 38 of the Law of Ukraine “On Copyright and Related Rights” depriving the right to the assigned name ( name it). The main rights of authors have been transferred to Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine “On Copyright and Related Rights”; Vikonavi - article 39; virobniki phonograms (videograms) – article 40.
